Prime Rib, Leg of Lamb, and Holiday Ham

We will have Prime Rib (Standing Rib Roasts), Leg of Lamb, and smoked hams available for the holidays!  Order yours here.

Prime Rib can be ordered as a 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7-bone roast, and will be window-ties (the ribs will be cut, but tied back on).  A $75 non-refundable deposit will be collected when you order, but will be credited to your final price at time of pickup.

Leg of Lamb can be ordered as a whole leg or half leg.

Hams will be half hams (approximately 8-12 lb ea) and hickory smoked (heat-treated, not fully cooked).
